🎐 Bmw Ac Fan Not Working
ATS and -40. From all of the research I've done here, it appears that my -40 reading is due to a short between my temp sensor wires or a short in the sensor itself. I have a 2002 325Ci convertible and found that my driver's side lower wheel panel was damaged and the sensor was out of place, but intact.
The AC / Interior fan will not engage/work on my 2004 BMW X5. I can still feel icy cold air, just no fan to blow it. Before this the fan would work fine but the AC would not kick on untill about 10-15 minutes of driving which sucks in the south Texas summer heat. Ive read a little about the final stage unit thing any advice would be much
I am having problem with AC not blowing cold air but heater & blower motor are working fine. I hear compressor is kicking and compressor wheel is spinning. I have replaced AC EVAP temp sensor, AC compressor with OEM from BMW, replaced cabin air filter, recharged with right amout of freon from AC shop. Still having issues with AC not blowing
1. Yes, the mechanical fan is out, and in it's place is the Behr electrical fan, but the Aux fan has yet to be removed to troubleshoot the lack of normal fan operation. 2. Yes, I have installed the 5 speed Behr fan in the proper place between the radiator and the engine where the Mechanical fan used to reside. 3.
2. Unplug the fan and either unhook the blade guard or unscrew the pin. Pull the fan’s electrical cord out to keep it from turning on randomly while you’re working on it. Feel around the sides of the blade guards for clips that are holding the 2 parts together. If there are clips, unhook them and remove the front half.
The most common causes for AC not cooling properly in BMW X5 are low or overcharged refrigerant, compressor malfunction, clogged cabin air filter, dirty condenser or evaporator coils, dirty or sluggish blower motor, and bad fuse or relay. Less common causes are clogged expansion valve or orifice tube, overcharged oil, faulty blend door actuator
I have a bmw 2003 530i. the blower does not work. fuses 9, 20, 75 & 76 are checked and ok. there is cold air coming from the vents as i drive down the road, (forced air very little). All controls seem …
Tested for power and ground. Found no voltage to the fan motor. Then check for power at the rear distribution box fuse 127 had battery voltage. Then removed the right front inner fender liner and checked the voltage at the relay. Had the proper voltage going into the relay and no voltage coming out due to a faulty relay.

Aux fan failures are common, so are main fan failures. Inspect both regularly. Then you should absolutely not be overheating at idle. E: the fan clutch needs to engage when above a certain temp to be working “properly”, not just freewheel. It should “roar” if you raise engine RPM while “hot”. That it the clutch fan.

I got one of the recharge/gauge kits at autozone, it read 20 psi on the low side. I filled it up to about 45, it got better but still not anywhere close to what I thought it would be.
Recommended Services. Hello. If you recently serviced the electrical system and now your AC is no longer working then it may be possible that the issue is related to the work. The first thing I would do is check the vehicle’s fuses and relays. It may be possible that one of the fuses or relays blew when the battery or alternator were
After a few minutes and cycling the AC off / on, the right vent started blowing normally. Then a little while ago, I was driving to work - it's 58 degrees out - and I set the temp on Auto and 73 degrees for both. In my F30 328i, 71 - 73 has always kept things comfortable; 74 if it's cold.
