MKenM. If BT does not work what you need to do is delete the phone from the car and tell your phone to forget (delete) the BT connection. Too many short journeys, not only blocking the DPF, you are diluting the engine oil with fuel as well, you need at least one long trip over 45mins each week as a minimum to get the DPF hot enough to regenerate. I am afraid that you will soon learn that the F Pace is full of unacceptable vibrations. I rejected my first after 4 months in 2016 and Jaguar and the dealer replaced this with a brand new F Pace on March 1st 2017 and now after 9400 miles the plague of the F Pace,the drive line vibration has appeared Battery dead. Picked up my 2019 R Sport 2.5 and after one week the battery was dead and I needed to jump the car. Brought to the dealer and they updated the gateway module software. Just picked up a new F-Pace S and noticed bluetooth audio is scratchy when on a call, specifically with the highs and increased volume. Mids and lows seem to be fine and bluetooth audio for MUSIC has been fine as well (albeit a little quiet in terms of total volume output). I was fighting with constant backfire on down shifts, p2188, p2190 system rich codes, gas cap warnings and no start after fill. So my list of issues with my F Pace is growing longer and longer, I now have an engine check light on, which when put on diagnostics shows fault code P049B LP EGR Valve. A google search shows lots of issues with the EGR filter within the valve.
